Job summary

WSECU is seeking a Member Consultant to support the Pullman Bishop Branch, helping members with banking needs, opening new accounts, and providing teller services. You will work to hit sales and service goals while keeping members' best interests in mind.

You will build relationships with members, understand their journey, and participate in campus events to strengthen WSECU-WSU ties. Occasional weekend and evening hours are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in a financial institution or retail/service-related position.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Willing to register with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry, including fingerprinting and a national criminal background check, and maintain/renew registration annually.

Responsibilities

• Perform branch functions including consumer lending, opening new accounts, and providing teller services.
• Strive for and hit sales and service goals, while keeping the member's best interest front and center.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with your members.
• Attend and participate in WSU events to foster WSECU-WSU relationships and support student financial needs.
