Washington State Employees Credit Union (WSECU) seeks a Member Consultant at the Pullman Bishop Branch to deliver friendly, knowledgeable service and support member financial needs. You will handle branch operations, lending, account openings, and teller duties while maintaining a strong focus on member satisfaction.
The role emphasizes building relationships, reaching sales/service targets, and participating in campus events to strengthen WSECU-WSU ties.
Member Consultants are the heart and soul of WSECU. In this role you will be supporting both the Pullman Bishop Branch. Every day, you dig deep to listen to what our members need, and you go out of your way to make banking not only easy, but downright pleasant! You're the go-to, one-stop shop for our members. Knowledgeable, empathetic and eager to help, you know your members by name, and they know you! WSECU is a Co-Op with an all-volunteer board-we are truly accountable to our members, but we couldn't do it without you. Ready to learn more?
Current WSECU Member Consultants I, II, or III who apply will be hired in the same tier as you currently hold
Competitive pay for MCI: $21.50 - $32.25 per hour, dependent on relevant qualifications, plus an annual discretionary incentive plan and benefits package
Competitive pay for MCII: $24.05 - $36.07 per hour, dependent on relevant qualifications, plus an annual discretionary incentive plan and benefits package
1500 NE Terrell Mall, Pullman, WA 99163 - Campus parking is paid for by WSECU and 405 SE Bishop Blvd, Pullman, WA 99163
Monday - Friday, 7:45 am - 5:45 pm, Full-time employees work a minimum of 40 hours per week in addition, this position requires availability on some weekends and evening hours as needed for events with scheduling flexibility required to meet the needs of the branch.
