You will guide loan applications, open accounts, and contribute to member satisfaction. The role involves travel to branches as needed, plus opportunities for advancement within the Member Advisor career path.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused banking experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with members to assess needs and provide solutions.
• Process teller transactions accurately and securely.
• Cross-sell and refer credit union products and services.
• Open and maintain accounts (checking, savings, IRA, CDs).
• Guide members through loan applications and explain terms.
• Resolve member issues professionally and escalate when needed.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
