Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; associates preferred.
• At least two years in sales and service environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Familiar with PC and tablet technologies; basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members; provide general banking services with confidentiality.
• Identify sales opportunities and cross-sell banking products.
• Open, onboard, and maintain consumer and business accounts.
• Process deposits/loans and perform end-of-day cash handling.
• Build member relationships and provide exceptional service.
• Follow Bank Secrecy Act requirements and security procedures.
• Attend mandatory training and participate in branch meetings.
