Job summary

Beacon Bank is seeking a Universal Banker in Warwick, RI to perform Teller and Personal Banking duties. You will deliver exceptional service, process transactions, open new accounts, and proactively grow customer relationships while promoting Beacon Bank products and digital banking solutions.

The role requires prior teller or sales experience, strong communication, and flexibility for Saturdays and occasional travel to nearby offices. Compliance with all policies is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or banking courses preferred.
• Prior teller or sales experience in a goal-oriented environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; cash handling experience.
• Knowledge of bank products, services and operating procedures.
• Flexible hours, including Saturdays; travel to nearby offices as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer experience at all points of contact.
• Build and expand customer relationships by recommending products and services.
• Educate clients on digital banking services and options.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments and more.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
