Job summary

Suffolk Federal Credit Union is seeking a Personal Banker II to deliver exceptional service to our members in Miller Place, NY. This role is dedicated to developing relationships and providing financial guidance to both prospective and existing members.

The successful candidate will possess a high school diploma and two years of relevant customer service experience, ideally in banking. Duties include transactional processing, member education about products, and resolving member inquiries. Qualifications

• Two years of customer service experience, preferably in a banking environment.
• Supervisory and cash handling experience preferred.
• Notary License required or to be obtained within three months of hire.
• NMLS-ID required at time of hire if not already acquired.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to current and prospective members.
• Educate members on products and services while identifying cross-sell opportunities.
• Resolve member requests, complaints, and issues effectively.
• Build and deepen relationships generating referral opportunities.
