Suffolk Credit Union is hiring a Personal Banker II to deliver exceptional service to current and prospective members while educating them on products and benefits. You will identify cross-sell opportunities, resolve requests, and build lasting relationships to generate referrals.

Responsibilities include processing transactions, onboarding new members, assisting with account changes, and supporting branches and digital banking. Some travel may be required.

Qualificações

• Minimum two years of customer service experience, preferably in banking.
• Ability to communicate clearly, both orally and in writing.
• Proficiency in handling confidential information with discretion.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional service to current and prospective members.
• Educate members on products and benefits and identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Resolve member requests, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally.
• Build and deepen member relationships to generate referrals.
• Process transactions accurately while maintaining confidentiality.
• Assist with onboarding and account maintenance, including fraud claims.
• Support branches and digital banking services as needed.
• Meet monthly loan goals in compliance with policies.
