Overview

Base pay range: $16.00/hr - $23.00/hr

Position Summary: We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression.

In the member assist – cart attendant role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well-kept parking lot, helping members with their purchases, and ensuring carts are ready and available. You will also assist members with loading their vehicles and support creating a great member experience. This role requires being constantly on your feet, rain or shine.

What you\'ll do

• Ensure club pickup orders are fulfilled by notifying members when pickup times are delayed and informing them when products are unavailable; offer alternatives when needed
• Ensure items are dispensed when members arrive for pickup and resolve member issues and concerns
• Promote the company\'s products and services and assist with payments and transactions
• Maintain safety of the facility and follow procedures for handling merchandise
• Organize and maintain availability of carts/flatbeds and assist members with transporting items
