Overview

Base pay range: $17.00/hr - $24.00/hr

This role is the member assist – cart attendant. You help shape the member’s shopping experience by providing a positive first and last impression. The position involves keeping a well-kept parking area, assisting with purchases, ensuring carts are ready, and helping members load their vehicles. You will be on your feet and on the go in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive attitude by smiling, greeting and thanking members.
• Provide exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed, answering questions and assisting with purchasing decisions.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area; ensure carts/flatbeds are available; assist members with transporting items.
• Assist members with loading vehicles and help create a great member experience.
• Assist with payments according to company policies and procedures; operate cash registers; assist with transactions for different membership and payment types.
• Locate and organize merchandise; zone designated areas; resolve member issues and concerns; promote the company’s products and services.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, ethics and Open Door Policy; participate in problem solving and continuous improvement.
• Participate in safety activities, conduct sweeps, report unsafe conditions, and follow procedures for handling merchandise.

What you’ll do

• Ensure club pickup orders are fulfilled by notifying members of delays or unavailability; offer alternative product options when needed.
• Ensure items are dispensed when members arrive for pickup; promote products and services.
• Maintain availability of carts and perform related duties to support member service.
