Overview

The member assistant – cart attendant helps shape the member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression. You are responsible for ensuring members see a well-kept area and providing assistance with purchases and loading vehicles. You will be on your feet and on the go in all weather to support a great member experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area and ensure carts/flatbeds are available.
• Assist members with purchases and help load items into vehicles.
• Provide exceptional customer service, answer questions, and promote company products and services.
• Help maintain parking lot cleanliness and safety; follow company policies and procedures for safety and merchandising.
• Assist with transporting items and using cart retrieval equipment per company policies.
• Assist members with pickup orders, including notifying when pickup time is delayed or products are unavailable and offering alternatives.
