WEOKIE Federal Credit Union in Moore, OK is seeking a Member Advocate I (Teller) to deliver extraordinary member service while accurately processing a variety of cash and inquiry transactions. You will proactively suggest appropriate products and services to help members manage their financial needs and learn the Credit Union's mission and offerings.

Responsibilities include balancing cash drawers, processing checks and money orders, handling deposits and withdrawals, and following policies,

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Encouraged to earn or hold CCUFC designation.
• Must be able to learn and apply a variety of software applications.
• Must have accurate keyboarding skills.
• Prior retail service experience with cash handling and member service is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide extraordinary member service by processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Proactively refer products and services to help members meet financial needs.
• Follow policies, procedures, risk controls, and security measures.
• Balance cash drawer and handle official checks/money orders.
• Assist with day-to-day tasks and respond to member inquiries.
• Support coverage at other Member Relationship Centers as needed.
