Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months in the retail financial services industry.
• CCUFC designation encouraged.
• Supervisory experience preferred but not required.
• Familiar with member experience operations.
• Able to learn and use Microsoft Office and the credit union’s core processing systems.

Responsibilities

• Interact with members to meet financial needs and pro-actively recommend products and services.
• Process new accounts and maintain member accounts; open IRA and other accounts.
• Ask open-ended questions to uncover opportunities and increase engagement.
• Provide exceptional service and handle routine transactions accurately.
• Identify referrals to save members time and money.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, risk controls, and compliance requirements.
• Assist in vault duties and perform other duties as assigned.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services to meet member needs.
