Job summary

Integrity Health is seeking a dedicated Member Advocate to support members and their dependents with benefit questions and healthcare navigation. The role splits time between Brick and Hamilton Partnership Health Centers, providing high-touch service and problem-solving support.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, organizes priorities efficiently, and can work both independently and as part of a team. Healthcare administration experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team member.
• Experience with health insurance, benefits, claims processing, or healthcare administration preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Split time equally between Brick and Hamilton Partnership Health Centers.
• Serve as a high-touch resource for members and their dependents.
• Assist with questions regarding benefits, claims, network access, prior authorizations, prescriptions, and other healthcare concerns.
• Build strong relationships with members, client leadership, providers, and insurance partners.
• Assist with wellness programs, health fairs, and other member engagement activities.
• Work closely with clinical and administrative teams to resolve member issues.
