Job summary

Integrity Health is seeking a self-disciplined Member Advocate to support members and dependents with healthcare and benefit questions. This full-time role is based at Brick and Hamilton centers in NJ, with equal time at both locations, and focuses on delivering compassionate guidance and problem solving to streamline the healthcare experience.

You will build trusted relationships with members, leaders, providers, and insurers while assisting with wellness activities and member engagement.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Help members and dependents with benefits, claims, and network questions.
• Assist with prior authorizations, prescriptions, and healthcare concerns.
• Build relationships with members, leadership, providers, and insurers.
• Support wellness programs and member engagement activities.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to resolve issues.
