TRUE Community Credit Union's Brooklyn Branch is seeking a Full-Time Member Advisor II to assist members with deposits, loans, and everyday banking needs, delivering exceptional service. You’ll navigate multiple systems, open accounts, guide clients toward financial products, promote fraud prevention, and help build lasting member relationships in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers a typical 40-hour workweek with early hours and some Saturdays, plus competitive pay and comprehensive

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a financial institution preferred.
• Strong member service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate multiple systems and software applications efficiently.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Lending, account opening, and sales experience preferred.

Member Advisor II

TRUE Community Credit Union is looking for a Full-Time Member Advisor II to join our team at our Brooklyn Branch.

As a Member Advisor II, you'll help members navigate financial decisions, celebrate milestones, and find solutions that support their goals. Every interaction is an opportunity to build trust, strengthen relationships, and create a positive member experience.

Pay & Benefits

Starting at $18.00/hour (or more depending on experience)

Schedule

Approximately 40 hours per week, including:

• Monday through Friday shifts beginning as early as 8:00 a.m. and ending as late as 5:15 p.m.


• 2 to 3 Saturdays per month from 8:45 a.m. to 1:15 p.m.
