Royal Credit Union Inc. is seeking a Member Account Representative to warmly welcome Members, process transactions, and open new accounts at our Chippewa Falls location. You will proactively build relationships, demonstrate Royal’s digital solutions, and resolve inquiries with accuracy and care.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, teamwork, and adherence to Royal’s core values. This is a full-time, on-site position with scheduled hours and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in delivering friendly member service.
Ability to identify solutions to meet member financial needs.
Strong communication and listening skills; able to explain products clearly.
Good organizational skills and data entry accuracy.

Responsibilities

Welcome Members and guests to the office and process transactions accurately.
Open new accounts, unsecured loans, credit cards and KwikCash loans.
Build relationships by understanding member needs and presenting Royal’s products and services.
Support NPS initiatives and provide friendly, efficient service.
