Job summary

Royal Credit Union Inc. in Menomonie, Wisconsin, is seeking a part-time Member Account Representative to welcome Members, process transactions, and open new accounts and loans. You’ll provide tailored financial solutions and demonstrate Royal’s digital tools, all onsite at the branch.

Ideal candidates will have strong customer service and communication skills, enjoy a collaborative environment, and be able to work a 30-hour week with flexibility across banking hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equival ent.
• Knowledge of financial services and solutions for Members.
• Strong customer service, written and verbal communication, and listening skills.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail; data entry and transactions.
• Learn Royal’s digital solutions on tablets, smartphones, and PCs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome Members and guests to the office and perform transactions.
• Open new accounts, unsecured loans, credit cards and Kwik Cash loans.
• Build relationships by meeting Member needs with Royal’s products and services.
• Provide electronic service demonstrations and resolve Member inquiries.
• Support NPS initiatives with exceptional service and Royal’s core values.
