Royal Credit Union is hiring a Member Account Representative in Inver Grove Heights, MN. You’ll welcome Members, process transactions, open new accounts, unsecured loans, and credit cards, and demonstrate Royal’s digital tools with a friendly, efficient approach.

You’ll build trust by understanding Member needs, delivering tailored financial solutions, and supporting NPS initiatives while upholding Royal’s core values in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

Qualifications

• Strong interviewing, listening, and verbal/written communication skills with the ability to clearly explain financial products, anticipate Member needs, handle objections, and build trust-based relationships.
• Ability to identify opportunities to recommend appropriate financial solutions, evaluate Member needs using analytical and critical-thinking skills, and confidently propose products and services that align with financial goals.
• Demonstrated ability to process complex financial transactions, maintain accurate records, complete high-quality data entry, and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work productively in a fast-paced, interruption-heavy environment, manage competing priorities effectively, embrace change, and consistently meet performance goals.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team, navigate digital banking tools, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• The Member Account Representative is responsible for promptly welcoming Members and others to the office.
• Accurately process Member transactions as requested, open new accounts, unsecured loans, credit cards and kwik cash loans.
• Build relationships by meeting Member needs with Royal’s products and services, provide electronic service demonstrations, and resolve inquiries efficiently.
• Support NPS initiatives in the office by delivering exceptional service in line with Royal’s Core Values.
