Royal Credit Union in Medford, WI is seeking a Part-Time Member Account Representative to deliver exceptional service, build rapport with Members, and promote Royal’s financial products and digital services. You will work onsite, 30 hours per week, with weekday mornings and every other Saturday.

Applicants should have a high school diploma and customer service experience, be bondable, and able to learn multiple systems while supporting community initiatives and member goals.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience
• Strong interviewing, listening, and verbal/written communication skills
• Ability to identify opportunities to recommend appropriate financial solutions
• Ability to work productively in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort with navigating digital banking tools and social media platforms

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional service to Members by building rapport and engaging with them.
• Promote and sell Royal's financial products and digital services.
• Support Net Promoter Score (NPS) initiatives with outstanding service and Royal's core values.
• Learn and become knowledgeable about all Royal products and services.
