Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Data Specialist Coordinator who will centrally maintain MEM data to support integrated business processes. Responsibilities include managing MEM data such as contracts, inventory, and scheduling, while ensuring data integrity across sales and finance teams.

The role requires coordinating with internal customers to schedule, monitor and move equipment, with a 7:00am–3:30pm shift.

Qualifications

• Creates, maintains and validates MEM data in SAP.
• Maintains scheduling, MEM contracts, inventory and asset management for audit.
• Maintains and manages daily scheduling needs.
• Communicates with sales, MEM, MES, customers, customer master, and Corporate.
• Decisions based on information from Sales, PCNA and other departments.
• Meets routine demands of sales and customer expectations.
• Record keeping and placement of PBV equipment throughout NC.

Responsibilities

• Creates, maintains and validates MEM data in SAP.
• Maintains all scheduling, MEM contracts, inventory, asset management files for audit purposes, equipment movement, asset disposal, EMO.
• Maintains and manages all daily scheduling needs.
• Responsible for daily communications with sales, management, MEM, MES, customers, customer master, contact center, suppliers, PCNA, and Corporate.
• This position will make decisions based on information provided by Sales, PCNA, and other departments directly impacting customer service.
• Responsible for meeting the routine demands of sales and customer expectations.
• Responsible for record keeping & placement of PBV Equipment throughout NC.
• Responsible for varied general administrative functions.
• Other duties as assigned.
