Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to maintain and reconcile inventory for raw and full goods, with daily SAP postings and reporting. You will assist in vendor communication, Chep inventory, and period-end procedures in a production/warehouse setting.

The role requires a high school diploma (associate degree preferred), strong math and PC skills, and 1 year of inventory coordination experience. Excellent communication and time-management are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate’s Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• One year of inventory coordination experience preferred.
• Good math and PC skills required.
• SAP and inventory knowledge preferred.
• Attention to detail is critical.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to work the hours necessary to complete tasks.

Responsibilities

• Count, reconcile, and maintain inventory levels of raw and full goods.
• Post inventory to SAP and prepare daily reports.
• Communicate with vendors and internal teams about shortages.
• Create BOL inbound and out; manage Chep inventory.
• Perform period end inventory and audits.
• Enter data with AP and Supply Chain.
