Job summary

Qualifications

• Creates, maintains and validates MEM data in SAP.
• Maintains scheduling, MEM contracts, inventory and asset files for audit purposes.
• Manages daily scheduling needs and equipment moves.
• Communicates with Sales, MEM, MES, customers and suppliers daily.
• Makes decisions based on information from Sales, PCNA and other teams.
• Supports customer service through data-driven actions.

Responsibilities

• Creates, maintains and validates MEM data in SAP.
• Maintains scheduling, MEM contracts, inventory, asset management files for audit purposes, equipment movement, asset disposal, EMO.
• Maintains and manages daily scheduling needs.
• Communicates daily with sales, management, MEM, MES, customers, customer master, contact center, suppliers, PCNA and Corporate.
• Decisions based on information from Sales, PCNA and other departments impacting customer service.
• Meets routine demands of sales and customer expectations.
• Keeps records and placement of PBV equipment throughout NC.
• Performs various general administrative tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.
