Job summary

Reevr Talent Ltd in Birmingham is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee MEICA works on water infrastructure projects. You will manage day-to-day site operations, coordinating subcontractors and site resources to ensure on-time delivery, safety compliance and quality across installation activities.

The role requires working closely with the Project Manager, monitoring the site programme, controlling costs and ensuring RAMS and CDM 2015 compliance through to handover.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role in construction/infra.
Experience delivering MEICA works in water industry or similar infra.
Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical installation work and control systems.
Knowledge of CDM Regulations 2015 and health & safety practices.
Ability to manage subcontractors, programmes and installation quality.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day site activities to deliver MEICA works.
Coordinate subcontractors, engineers and site operatives to maintain productivity.
Monitor the site programme and ensure milestones are achieved.
Monitor costs and support control of project budgets; manage variations.
Ensure installations are inspectable, tested and ready for handover.
