Job summary

Fleet Data Centers seeks a Director of Construction to lead the on-site delivery of a full data center campus program. This executive owns scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and readiness, directing a team of senior construction leaders to achieve milestones.

Reporting to the VP of Construction, you will manage CSA, MEP, and power disciplines, drive governance, and interface with corporate leadership, utilities, and partners to ensure a safe, scalable campus rollout in Nevada’s Tahoe-Reno

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field, or equivalent field experience.
• 15+ years in large-scale infrastructure or construction management.
• 7+ years representing owner/operator on mega-scale, mission-critical data center projects.
• Proven leadership of multi-disciplinary construction leadership teams.
• Ownership of campus budgets and program-level strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own campus program delivery from preconstruction through turnover.
• Lead on-site construction organization and set governance.
• Manage capital budget, contracts, and change orders.
• Ensure high-availability, safety, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with executives, utilities, and joint-venture/municipal partners.
