Job summary
CMC Partners is seeking a Director of Construction to oversee a major 2GW campus development in Reno, NV. This role entails managing the entirety of construction processes for multiple hyperscale Data Centers, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Mission Critical construction with at least 10 years of construction management experience and strong leadership skills. Exceptional technical knowledge and stakeholder management abilities are essential for success in this role, which offers market-leading compensation and significant opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years' Mission Critical construction experience.
Minimum 10 years' construction management experience.
Exceptional Data Center technical knowledge, including OFCI/CFCI equipment, MEP and Core and Shell.
Responsibilities
Lead multiple hyperscale Data Centers builds on a 2GW from cradle to grave.
Manage the GC's on site as well as managing Sub-Contractors.
Responsible for project performance - financial, schedule, quality, contractual and administrative.
