Job summary

Fleet Data Centers seeks a Sr. Construction Manager (MEP) to lead the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and mission-critical systems delivery for our Tahoe-Reno data center projects.

This on-site role reports to the Director of Construction and requires deep experience managing large-scale MEP packages and coordinating with CSA/BTM teams to ensure safety, schedule, and quality across campus. The ideal candidate has 12+ years in owner/operator or GC-led MEP delivery, strong commissioning

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical owner-side field leadership experience.
• 12+ years of construction management with in-building MEP delivery.
• Procore (or equivalent), Microsoft Office, and scheduling software proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own MEP execution and sign-offs with GC and trade partners.
• Protect schedule, quality metrics, and manage risks.
• Coordinate MEP with CSA/BTM/Substation teams.
• Forecast discipline budget and manage change orders.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or related field
