Job summary

HNTB is seeking a Project Director to serve as the DelDOT Client Service Leader (CSL). You will oversee mega and super mega projects, including contracting, project controls, quality, risk, and change management, and apply HNTB's Sophisticated Delivery Approach on each engagement.

The role requires developing client strategies, nurturing relationships, staffing projects, and coordinating with leadership to meet objectives and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 12 years of relevant experience including 4 years successfully managing and delivering mega/super mega projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client relationships and act as primary company contact on assigned projects.
• Manage financial performance including cash, budget, schedule and scope to meet client satisfaction.
• Staff projects by coordinating with leadership and recruiting, developing, and retaining team members.
• Lead mega project pursuits and contribute to proposals and presentations to clients.
