Job summary

Air Liquide Global E&C Solutions US Inc. is seeking a Project Engineering Manager in Houston to lead engineering and procurement for multi-hundred-million-dollar investment projects.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering centers, control budgets, schedules, and ensure compliance with safety and project standards. The role requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering and 10+ years of experience in EPC-like environments, with strong leadership, vendor management, and project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is required.
• At least 10 years of progressively responsible industry experience in managing engineering/interfaces for large industrial plants.
• US work authorization required; visa sponsorship not offered.
• PMP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the Engineering/Procurement execution plan for Pre-FEED/FEED and project.
• Coordinate and control engineering activities across E&C centers and subcontractors.
• Ensure design reviews, HAZOP/HAZID, and operability studies meet requirements.
• Lead risk management and interface coordination among disciplines and stakeholders.
• Manage resources, schedule, and budget to deliver on time and within scope.
