Job summary

Hyatt Regency Columbus is seeking a Full-Time Event Set-Up Houseperson to support event setup and tear-down for conferences and banquets. You will work closely with Events teams, assist with moving tables and chairs, and help ensure flawless guest service in a fast-paced hotel environment.

• Responsible for the set-up and tear-down processes of all event functions at Hyatt
• Works closely with the Events and Event Services departments to ensure exceptional guest service results
• Requires continuous walking, standing, and lifting of tables, chairs, and other event related equipment
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and potential holidays
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a team oriented environment
