- Serve as the primary project manager for program deliverables, clarifying roles, milestones, dependencies, approvals, and decisions across Global Marketing, business stakeholders, and event partners.
- Translate business objectives and audience needs into event strategies, formats, agendas, and experience details that reinforce SEI's brand and positioning.
- Build and maintain detailed working documents, including project plans, budgets, registration reports, production schedules, run‑of‑show documents, rooming lists, and stakeholder updates.
- Manage vendor sourcing and relationships, including proposals, contracts, service expectations, production requirements, and invoice reconciliation, in partnership with the appropriate internal teams.

- Monitor registration, engagement, attendee feedback, budget performance, and other agreed measures; summarize findings and recommend improvements for future programs.
- Deliver a high‑touch client and guest experience by anticipating needs, resolving issues calmly, and maintaining polished communication before, during, and after each event.
- Coordinate on‑site logistics and production, including venues, food and beverage, transportation, hotel accommodations, audiovisual needs, speakers, signage, staffing, and contingency plans.
- Contribute to shared team standards, templates, supplier knowledge, process improvements, and post‑event learnings while supporting colleagues during peak periods.
- Ensure event plans follow applicable SEI policies, approval requirements, accessibility considerations, and health, safety, privacy, and risk‑management expectations.
