Job summary

PolyNovo Limited is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to promote NovoSorb technologies in the advanced wound and burn space. You will maximize revenue, grow market share, and manage a defined geographic territory with a focus on surgical outcomes and value-based selling.

The role requires proven medical device sales experience, especially in operating room settings, and a solid understanding of biotechnology. Local travel within a small team is expected.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a medical device sales role (Operating Room sales highly preferred).
• Scientific understanding of biotechnology.
• Ability to provide technical and sales training to new employees.

Responsibilities

• Achieve the sales quota and surgical case mix requirements for the assigned territory.
• Develop new business and maintain relationships with customers (multi-tiered).
• Manage surgical case coverage, advising surgeons and staff before, during, and after surgery.
