Job summary

PolyNovo Limited seeks a Territory Sales Manager to promote NovoSorb technologies in the advanced wound and burn space across the Irvine, CA region. You will drive revenue, manage key accounts, and coordinate with OR teams to support surgical cases and outcomes.

You will develop new business, maintain relationships, handle CRM updates in Zoho, and travel as required. A bachelor's degree and 3 years medical device sales experience are preferred; strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business and/or life sciences.
• 3 years in a medical device sales role (OR sales preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to work autonomously in a small team.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales quota and surgical case mix for territory.
• Develop new business and maintain customer relationships.
• Manage surgical case coverage with surgeons and staff.
• Sell clinical and economic value of PolyNovo products.
• Travel as required to cover territory and attend events.
