• Experience recruiting commercial talent for product launches, market entry, or rapid scale-up in medical device, MedTech, life sciences, healthcare, or a related industry.
• Credibility with senior leaders and the ability to influence role design, hiring strategy, and selection decisions.]
• Experience with Workday or a comparable applicant tracking system
