Job summary

• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in medical device or related field.
• Proven ability to lead a sales team and meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Plan and execute local educational and sales events.
• Manage leads and track opportunities in the sales system.
• Report voice of customer to internal teams.
• Maintain relationships with key surgeons.
• Adhere to policies, SOPs and compliance.
• Provide after-hours coverage as needed.
• Collaborate with and support territory sales.
