Job summary

Zimmer Biomet seeks an entry-level Sales Associate I to support physicians and hospitals with implants, instruments, and procedural guidance. You will participate in weekly sales meetings, build relationships with surgeons, and assist the sales team with case scheduling, inventory, and post-procedure follow-up.

Travel up to 50% is required, with a total rewards package in the $60,000–$70,000 range. This role provides foundational product knowledge across Zimmer Biomet’s implants and technologies

Qualifications

• Must be mobile and willing to travel.
• Effective verbal and written communication in English.
• Strong customer service and clinical support skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote clinical support to surgeons and OR staff.
• Assist in implant and instrument guidance during procedures.
• Support sales team with scheduling, inventory, and post-procedure follow-up.
• Ensure compliance with policies, SOPs, and regulatory standards.
