Job summary

Zimmer Biomet is hiring an entry-level Sales Associate I to support our sales team across hospital and ambulatory settings. You will gain foundational expertise in Zimmer Biomet implants, instruments, and technologies while guiding surgeons and OR staff through procedures with clinical proficiency.

You will attend team meetings, build relationships with surgeons, coordinate case schedules, and provide on-site and remote clinical support.

Qualifications

• Assosiate's degree or equivalent required.
• 0-2 years sales or sales service experience in medical device.
• Willing and able to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical, clinical, and logistical support to the sales team.
• Assist surgeons and OR staff with implants and instruments.
• Coordinate surgery schedules and inventory replenishment.
• Deliver on-site and remote clinical support and training.
• Ensure compliance with policies and SOPs.
