Responsibilities

• Provide technical, clinical, and logistical support to the sales team and healthcare providers.
• Offer on-site guidance to surgeons and operating room staff during procedures.
• Coordinate surgery schedules and templating; request implants and instruments.
• Ensure proper billing inventory replenishment post-procedure.
• Provide on-site and remote clinical training and support.
• Assist in implementing medical devices into clinical practice.
• Act as a product expert during procedures, demonstrations, and evaluations.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to support launches and customer engagement.
• Gather end-user feedback for product development.
