Job summary

Zimmer Biomet is seeking an entry-level Sales Associate I to support the sales team and healthcare providers in hospitals or ambulatory surgery centers. You will gain foundational expertise in Zimmer Biomet’s implants, instruments, and technologies while guiding surgeons and OR staff onsite and remotely.

You will participate in team meetings, build relationships, identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell, and help ensure successful surgical cases with high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required.
• 0-2 years of sales or sales service experience in medical device or surgical.
• Willing to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Attends and participates in weekly and monthly sales team meetings as a valuable contributor.
• Builds relationships with key surgeons and covers Zimmer Biomet products during procedures with clinical proficiency.
• Provides on-site and remote clinical support, education, and training for surgeons and OR staff.
• Coordinates surgery schedule including templating for cases and requests implants/instruments.
• Ensures proper accounting for billing inventory replenishment post-procedure.
