Job summary

Zimmer Biomet is seeking a Sales Representative to drive market growth in a defined territory. You will build strategic relationships with surgeons, OR personnel, hospital leadership, and supply chain teams to meet revenue targets and expand product adoption.

The role requires excellent product knowledge, clinical discussions, and a strong customer service mindset, with daily local travel and evenings/weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 0-3+ years of med device or healthcare sales experience.
• Professional Selling Skills (PSS) is a plus.
• Driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in hospitals and healthcare systems.
• Conduct effective sales presentations and clinical discussions with decision makers.
• Grow market share by expanding utilization in existing accounts and adding new customers.
• Deliver product training and education for surgeons, OR staff and clinicians.
• Serve as primary contact for customer needs and troubleshoot product inquiries.
• Analyze market data to help shape territory strategy and forecast volume.
