Responsibilities

• Attend weekly and monthly sales team meetings and contribute to discussions.
• Build relationships with surgeons and staff to provide product knowledge during procedures.
• Support sales team by delivering excellent customer service and identifying opportunities to upsell where appropriate.
• Coordinate surgical schedules and templating, request implants and instruments as needed.
• Provide on-site and remote clinical support, education, and problem-solving for surgeons and OR staff.
• Assist in introducing medical devices or clinical solutions into practice and participate in product launches.
