Job summary

Zimmer Biomet in Mesa, AZ seeks an entry-level Sales Associate I to provide technical, clinical, and logistical support to the sales team and healthcare providers in hospitals and ambulatory centers.

You will build foundational knowledge of Zimmer Biomet implants and instruments, support scheduling, on-site guidance to surgeons, and contribute to high customer satisfaction while pursuing growth into the Sales Associate II/III path.

Qualifications

• Requires strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with surgeons, nurses, and sales teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as part of the role.
• Foundational clinical knowledge to support Zimmer Biomet products in operating rooms.

Responsibilities

• Attends and participates in weekly and monthly sales team meetings.
• Builds relationships with surgeons and staff to cover Zimmer Biomet products.
• Provides on-site and remote clinical support during procedures and training.
• Coordinates surgery schedules and ensures implants and instruments are available.
• Assists in case planning, instrumentation prep, and post-procedure inventory reconciliation.
• Supports product launches and customer engagement initiatives with the sales team.
