Job summary

• Coordinates surgery schedules and requests implants/instruments.
• Provides on-site and remote clinical support and training, ensuring compliance with SOPs.
• Assists in product launches and collects feedback for improvements.
• Maintains accurate case documentation, billing, and inventory controls.
