Job summary

Karl Storz Endoscopy in Goleta, CA is seeking a Project Manager IV to drive complex medical device programs from concept through release. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage plans and budgets, and ensure quality and timely delivery in an Agile setting.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and external partners, mitigating risks, and guiding teams toward market-ready products while continuously improving processes.

Qualifications

• 7–11 years of experience in project management or related technical field.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects from concept to commercialization.
• Knowledge of medical device quality systems and relevant regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional product development teams through all phases from concept to release.
• Develop and manage plans, schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time delivery.
• Provide leadership and coaching in an Agile development environment.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to meet objectives and timelines.
• Monitor progress, communicate status, and mitigate project risks.
• Evaluate new technologies and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure documentation complies with quality system requirements.
• Support strategic planning and organizational priorities.
