Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Specialist III to lead day-to-day production readiness, manage MES/ERP work-order lifecycles, and mentor junior staff in a regulated clean-room setting.

You will coordinate across Operations, Planning, Materials, Engineering, and Quality to drive continuous improvement, ensure data accuracy, and support new product introductions in a fast-paced onsite environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; related technical field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day production readiness and manage work-order life cycle in MES/ERP systems.
• Escalate and resolve operational risks; mentor junior operations staff.
• Collaborate with Operations, Planning, Materials, Engineering and Quality to resolve issues and support new product introductions.
• Maintain accurate production and inventory data across systems and support GMP/ GDP compliant documentation.
