Job summary

Responsibilities

• Design, validate, and document assembly processes, tooling, gauges, and fixtures to build product efficiency.
• Drive cross-functional Manufacturing reviews with R&D, Quality, and Production teams.
• Lead and participate in root cause analysis to resolve issues.
• Demonstrate CAD proficiency, rapid prototyping, and fixture qualification.
• Support Quality to proactively address non-conformances before production impact.
