Job summary

Accenture Consulting is seeking professionals to join the Life Sciences practice, driving end-to-end transformations in MedTech and supply chain. You will work on client projects with global teams, shaping strategy, coaching the team, and delivering value.

The role requires at least 3 years in Life Sciences management consulting or related industry experience plus a Bachelor's degree. Travel up to 75% is expected, with opportunities to influence patient outcomes and operational excellence.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Life Sciences management consulting or in industry in areas such as supply chain, manufacturing, engineering, or related areas (CMOs, health tech).
Bachelor’s degree required.
Bonus points if degree is in science, supply chain, or engineering.
Strong client-facing communication and teamwork skills; ability to work with teams, clients and vendors.

Responsibilities

Support diverse, global Accenture teams to deliver project work in MedTech and supply chain using AI.
Lead sub workstreams within projects.
Manage client relationships and deliver with excellence.
Support sales origination and project delivery in Med Tech Supply Chain and Manufacturing.
Contribute to business and technology transformations leveraging deep industry expertise.
Travel up to 75% to client locations.
