• Lead client engagements in MedTech ERP technology strategy, design and delivery (SAP S4, Oracle Fusion).
• Partner across business functions to drive planning and delivery.
• Assess current-state processes, systems, and data models.
• Design and implement next-generation technology solutions.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MES).
• Provide industry thought leadership on MedTech ERP best practices.
• Work with cross-functional Accenture teams to bring innovation and AI to delivery and solutioning.
• Own client deliverables, including roadmaps, business cases, solution designs, and operating model recommendations.
• Own client business development, RFPs and sales.
