You will assist residents with daily activities and personal care, document their progress, and build genuine relationships with them. Ideal candidates should have excellent communication skills, certification as Medtech, and prior experience in home health or hospice care. Strong organizational skills and a commitment to creating a healthy environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited Home Health Aide program.
• Two years prior professional experience required.
• Driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities such as moving in and out of beds and wheelchairs.
• Care for residents by changing bed linens and assisting with personal care.
• Maintain records of resident care and report observations.
• Build relationships with residents by engaging in conversation.
• Administer medications and document on MAR sheets.
