Job summary

IQVIA is seeking Field Service Technicians to troubleshoot, repair, and update medical devices in hospitals across the United States with on-site support. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals and lead technical initiatives in medical device technology.

The role offers a flexible schedule and growth opportunities in the medical device industry, with travel across the country and a part-time commitment that may require 1–3 weeks on-site at a time.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year related technical experience required.
• 3+ years in field technical roles preferred with hardware and software installations.
• Experience in field service, engineering, biomedical, maintenance, electronics, IT preferred.
• Must be able to travel and work independently in customer settings.
• Veterans with electronics/maintenance/IT MOS encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Organizing, testing, and updating medical devices, installing and configuring hardware, software, and network products.
• Set-up and organization of equipment and workstations.
• Conduct routine checks and record data from product tests after installation and configuration.
• Manage project timelines and customer needs.
