Job summary

IQVIA MedTech Field Service Representatives respond to and prioritize service orders, enabling timely remediation in hospital settings. You will perform remediation on medication dispensing units and document every step in our tracking system.

The role requires strong communication, customer service, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams on-site. Travel locally and nationally is expected; a valid driver license and personal vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum HS Diploma or higher preferred.
• Intermediate troubleshooting abilities in electronics, mechanics, and electromechanical systems.
• Experience in healthcare, field service, biomedical, or IT-related roles is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Respond to, evaluate and prioritize service orders for remediation needs in client sites.
• Perform remediation on medication dispensing hospital units.
• Provide professional, responsive customer service and document all steps in the tracking system.
• Escalate complex issues to advanced team members or management as needed.
• Maintain parts inventory and coordinate with approved sources for parts.
